NCA was established in 2007 as the rendezvous of Nepali Canyoneers where we discuss, develop and share new ideas among ourselves and canyoneers from all over the world. Canyoning in Nepal is still a new adventure and NCA's main mission is to develop sustainable canyoning adventure business in the Himalayan canyons based on mutual benefit to local people, local canyoneers and canyoneers from all parts of the world following the rules, spirit and vision of sustainable and responsible adventure tourism practice. So far there are about two dozen canyons opened for Canyoning activity where you can experience the thrill of this Adventure on the base of world's highest mountains the Himalaya.

Given the fact of Nepal's unique geography, Nepal has huge potential to be one of the best canyoning destinations. So far Nepal Canyoning Association with the collaboration with its international partners have managed to open about 30 canyons across the country.
